WHEN & WHERE?

HOW DO WE GET THERE?

You are responsible for making your own flight arrangements to Puerto Vallarta. From Puerto Vallarta you may take an airport shuttle to the retreat center. We will give you directions to the villa when full payment is received.

​WHY SAYULITA, MEXICO?

The Mexican Luxury resort of Haramara has become one of our coveted venues around the world because of its striking similarities to touted Blue Zone principles. Situated in the jungle of Nayarit, Mexico, Haramara stares at stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Casitas are nestled in the steep hill sides of the coast, available only from walking trails, providing plenty of jungle experiences and wildlife opportunity. Rooms are luxurious in a Robinson Caruso style, while providing outstanding boutique features. The food is healthy, plant-based and highly acclaimed.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
  • Yoga mat

  • Enough comfortable clothing for two yoga sessions each day

  • Sunscreen, body and lip

HOW MUCH IS IT?

Cost is determined by your choice of accommodations, whether a luxurious private king suite, or a single bed in a shared room, anywhere from $1840 to $2310. See your room options here. Once you decide your room preference, our pricing is as follows:​

  • Deposit: $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place, along with a signed contract

  • Balance: to be paid thirty (30) days before the retreat departure

WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY LIKE?

Days could vary, but here is a typical schedule:

  • 6:30-7:00, Meditation

  • 7:00-8:00, Vinyasa, or other energizing practice

  • 8:00-10:00, Breakfast

  • 10:00-12:00, Mid-morning yoga practice, alternating styles

  • 12:00-1:00, Lunch

  • 1:00-5:30, Personal time for relaxation, exploration or adventure

  • 5:30-6:30, Yin or restorative yoga

  • 6:30-7:30, Dinner

  • 7:30-9:00, Evening gathering for intentional contemplation, meditation, sharing of stories, insights, laughter, movement and connection.

WHAT ACTIVITIES ARE AVAILABLE?

Cooking class, bonfire on a private beach, visiting local restaurants, as well as a famous surfing break nearby. Any local excursions (not included) will be announced after booking. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
  • Seven restful nights in beautiful open-air sleeping cabanas, nestled along the shoreline and enhanced without electricity to maximize the benefits of the retreat.

  • Daily yoga offerings will offer a range of practices including vinyasa, hatha flow, gentle yoga stretch, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, meditation, and pranayama (breath work). Experienced yogis will be able to deepen their practice while those newer to the discipline will feel safe and empowered.

  • Fresh, local, mostly organic, vegetarian meals served each day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Some seafood available upon request. Kosher meals are not available. Please let us know in your contract if gluten-free, or other dietary, options are required.  

  • Dinner on the evening of arrival, and breakfast on the day of departure, are included. Please notify us of any food allergies or special dietary needs.

  • Cooking class where you can learn about harvesting, preparing, and cooking local foods in a way that supports health, longevity, and sustainability.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
  • Airfare to and from Puerto Vallarta.

  • Transportation to/from retreat. Airport shuttle is available upon request, cash only, $15-45 (depending on number of passengers).

  • Alcoholic beverages (beer and wine available for purchase at hotel)

  • Massage

  • Private Lessons

  • Tours and Excursion

  • Yoga mats and necessary props will be available if reserved in advance, $30/week, cash only. Proceeds will be donated to a local charity.

  • Staff gratuities for chefs, housekeeping, etc.

  • Wifi, fax, telephones. Local internet cafes are available.

  • Electricity in sleeping cabanas. Outlets in the main pavilion are available to recharge electronics as needed.

Each dorm cabana is secluded and designed to be open air, with no windows or screens.  Every dorm cabana has its own bathroom for every 4 beds, with a shower, flush toilet, and hot/cold water.

DOUBLE DELUXE RETREAT

​Bring a companion or meet a new one by reserving a single bed in a cabana for two.

Each cabana is private, secluded, and designed to be open air, with no windows or screens.  Every cabana has its own private bathroom with a shower, flush toilet, and hot/cold water. Hammocks are provided inside most cabanas, depending on space available. The sheets on the beds are hand-woven. 

$2000 per person

TRIPLE DELUXE RETREAT

Bring two companions or meet new ones by reserving a single bed in a cabana for three.

Each cabana is private, secluded, and designed to be open air, with no windows or screens.  Every cabana has its own private bathroom with a shower, flush toilet, and hot/cold water. The sheets on the beds are hand-woven. 

$1930 per person

SINGLE DELUXE RETREAT

Enjoy the luxuries of a private cabana for one guest.

Your cabana is private, secluded, and designed to be open air, with no windows or screens.  It has its own private bathroom with a shower, flush toilet, hot/cold water, and a hammock. The sheets on the beds are hand-woven.
