Wellness is a journey...

and in this case, also a destination

We choose our retreat

destinations

based on where people

live the longest,

are the

healthiest

and the

happiest.

These places are typically off-the-beaten path where nature still dictates the pace of life, where food doesn't come in packages and where

wellness is a way of life.

Next trip:

Paros, Greece!

We offer multiple destination retreats throughout the year. We are planning our Fall and Winter trips now. Join the email list to be sure you are notified!
